Norma, a retired school administrator, longs to see Celine Dion in concert at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. 

Norma retired early to take care of her mother, who suffered from Alzheimer's.  During the 10 years she took care of her mother, Norma was forced to give up her house and reduce her medical insurance coverage to make ends meet.  She now has multiple health issues.  Her daughter helps her as much as she can but she also has health issues.  Her daughter wrote to Twilight Wish asking us to make her mother happy again by helping Norma see Ms. Dion in Las Vegas.
