Robin Kardane, Director of Finance & Administration

Robin Kardane received her B.B.A. in Accounting from Temple University in 1991. She has over 20 years’ experience as an auditor, comptroller, and individual and corporate accountant. As the Director of Finance and Administration, Robin oversees the fiscal and administrative activities for Twilight Wish. Robin has been with Twilight Wish since January 2007.



Mary Farrell, Director of Community Relations

Mary Farrell received her B.A. in Advertising from Temple University in 1989. She has more than 10 years’ experience in advertising and public relations. Mary volunteered for Twilight Wish for one year before becoming a part-time employee. She is currently the Director of Community Relations responsible for public and media relations, grant writing, and social media for Twilight Wish Foundation. Mary joined the staff of Twilight Wish in March 2007.


Michelle Bowren, Director of Wish Management

Michelle Bowren graduated from West Chester University with a B.S. in Education. She has over 20 years’ experience working with children as a preschool teacher, director of a day care center, and as a per diem substitute with the Central Bucks School District. Michelle is currently the Director of Wish Management for Twilight Wish responsible for all aspects of our wish-granting program. She has also served as the Communications Director on the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Home & School Association School Board for two years and volunteered with Meals on Wheels. Michelle has been with us since February 2011.
